Shipping & Returns Policy

Fresh Bros. products can be shipped anywhere in the United States.  All products ship from our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada.  When you order from us through this website, your products are shipped to you directly by us, ensuring your order is accurate and packed properly.  Quality Assurance is very important to us and we take pride in ensuring your order arrives safely and quickly.

When you receive your order, you can rest assured that it is guaranteed fresh. A lot of CBD products being sold today are out of date, from unlicensed sources, or don’t contain the amount of CBD they claim on the packaging.  We 3rd party test all of our raw material and finished goods to make sure you are getting what you pay for.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours by our dedicated fulfillment team. Domestic packages are shipped priority via FedEx carrier, and are received within three (3) to five (5) business days from when your payment clears. When your order is shipped, an email will be sent containing your purchase confirmation number and tracking number which can be used to track your package via FedEx at https://www.fedex.com/

Are there any restrictions in my state that would keep me from receiving my shipment?

Absolutely Not. Our products are legal and available in all 50 states.

Can I pick up my product at your facility?

Yes, your order can be picked up in Las Vegas, Nevada.   Please schedule a pickup time with your sales associate to be sure it’s ready when you arrive.  When you arrive to pick up your order, make sure your order is complete and accurate before leaving our facility. If there is an issue, it can be resolved while you are still at our facility and we will correct it. Once you pick up your order and leave our facility, we are not responsible for any damage to your product and there are no refunds once you have possession of your order.

Can you ship internationally?

Is there a drop ship option so I can send products to my customers without your label?

Yes! We have drop shipping available for all of our products.
